There is no limit to the number of Beneficiaries able to benefit from clicks through an Affinity Button™ and there are no geographical constraints – the good causes or projects may be located anywhere in the world. However an actual payment is not made until the amount due to the Beneficiary has reached £30.

All vendors offering goods and services through the Affinity Button.com website are selected to avoid 'inappropriate' goods or services being offered through the Affinity Button.com website. Every effort is made to ensure that the Affinity Button™ link is 'safe' for all consumers to use irrespective of age.

All vendors on this website are expected to offer high standards of quality and service to consumers.

Certain vendors on this website may make special offers to Affinity Buttonholders. These vendors are identified by a flashing vendor icon.

Who can be a Beneficiary?
Any charitable, humanitarian or community improvement organisation, cause or project may benefit by clicks through this website if they have an Affinity Button™ installed on their website or on any other website, desktop or e-mail template where the good cause is registered as the intended recipient of the charitable contribution. The Affinity Button™ is a highly attractive means of raising funds for organisations such as schools, colleges, clubs and charities or for specific good causes or projects anywhere in the world. For example, all clicks registered through a school website on which an Affinity Button™ is installed would earn a contribution to school funds, whether or not the goods and services displayed by vendors on the website are purchased. There is, therefore, every incentive for pupils, their parents and the school staff simply to browse through the goods and services displayed on the AffinityButton.com website, knowing that, by doing so, they were automatically earning a donation to school funds, but without any obligation to buy the products or services on offer. They would be able to do so either by using the Affinity Button located on the school’s website or by applying themselves to become an Affinity Buttonholder, nominating the school as their beneficiary

It is the intention that one or more ‘default’ charities will be identified on the website each month as the recipient of the charitable contributions generated where visitors surfing the AffinityButton.com website are not registered Affinity Buttonholders and have therefore not nominated a specific good cause or charity. The ‘default’ charities will be changed each month.

It is now possible to apply for registration as a vendor. Just click on the icon marked ‘Vendor Application’ and follow the instructions to make your application on line. Your application should be processed within 72 hours . To be a vendor, you must be operating a properly established e-commerce website.

How much will it cost to register as a vendor of the Affinity Button.com?
There will be a registration fee of £50 payable, and you will also be required to pay a £100 deposit towards the cost of clicks on your website by Affinity Buttonholders. The click charge will, however, only become operative following the official launch of the website later this year. The cost of a click will be fixed at 5p (plus VAT where payable), so the deposit you will be asked to pay will cover the first 2,000 clicks on your website by Affinity Buttonholders after the official launch date.

How will I benefit as an AffinityButton.com vendor?
20% of all click revenue generated through Affinity Buttons will be automatically donated to charities and good causes nominated by registered holders of the Affinity Buttons, which is expected to encourage an enormous volume of traffic for vendors displayed on the AffinityButtton.com website. The AffinityButton.com website offers a means of benefitting a wide range of charities and good causes at no cost to them or to those wishing to support them.

Are there any other requirements involved in being a vendor on the Affinity Button.com Online Shopping Store?
No, but you will be expected to accept any Terms and Conditions published on our website from time to time so far as they relate to vendors. These are being finalised, but are not believed to be onerous and will not involve any additional costs to vendors.

How can a charity or good cause benefit from the Affinity Button.com Online Shopping Store?
Any charity or good cause can apply to benefit from the charitable contributions fund. This will involve applying for installation of an Affinity Button on the charity or cause’s website and by encouraging those who wish to support the charity or cause to visit the websites of vendors offered on the Affinity Button.com website through that charity or cause's Affinity Button™ or any other Affinity Button™ for which the charity or cause is the nominated beneficiary.

A charity or good cause must also register as a Beneficiary by clicking the ‘Beneficiary Application’ icon and completing the necessary on-line application.

There is no cost to any charity or good cause registering as a beneficiary and installing an Affinity Button™, but, to be a beneficiary, it is necessary for the charity or good cause to have its own Bank Account. Affinity On Line Limited does reserve the right to approve organisations or causes applying to register as Beneficiaries on the AffinityButton.com website.

What is the Affinity On Line Refund Policy?

The Vendor’s registration fee of £50 (plus VAT if appropriate) is not refundable.

Vendors will be entitled to cancel any contract for click purchase on 1 week’s notice to that effect. Affinity On Line Limited will refund any sum paid for unused clicks on expiry of the notice (including any VAT element if appropriate).

Promotional clicks issued free of charge will arise once clicks which have been paid for are exhausted or used up. On cancellation, any outstanding promotional clicks will be cancelled and no refund will due in respect of these.
